Description
The ForSte 54TJJ truck-mounted aerial platform is a double telescopic large cherry picker unit with a movable jib arm for vehicle installations starting from 26 t.
The secondary boom with movable jib arm allows working maneuvers that would not be possible with a simple jib arm.
The maximum working height is 54.30 m and the maximum lateral reach is 40 m for superstructures from 32 t. The basket load allows up to 600 kg (6 operators + equipment).
A 7″ LCD display allows the operator to directly control various information such as: 2D work area, status of the load moment limiter, support status, etc.
The 54TJJ large cherry picker is equipped as standard with a multi-zone support system. The operator can choose between different positioning options depending on the installation space available for the vehicle.
The rear support traverses of the 54TJJ with 2-fold hydraulic extension increase the support area and thus the maximum performance of the device.
| High productivity
The emergency operation by radio remote control allows the operator to select the best possible viewing position. The generous 700° swivel range of the aerial platform considerably increases productivity and avoids downtimes for repositioning the aerial platform. The 54TJJ aerial platform can be equipped with a hydraulic winch mounted on the boom with a capacity of 900/1500 kg, and can thus be used as a crane after removing the aluminum work basket.
The aluminum basket in dimensions of 2300 x 900 x 1100 mm can be hydraulically enlarged to 3600 mm. The basket can be rotated by 360° (manually 180° left + 180° right), thus enabling high maneuverability even in underfloor work or behind roof edges.
